잔을 가볍게 흔들면 밀튼더프 2007이 옅은 밀짚빛으로 잔 안에서 일렁인다. 코를 가져가면 흙내음과 백악질의 미네랄, 상큼한 시트러스 향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 58.5도가 크리미한 질감 위로 사이더 사과와 갓 벤 풀, 가벼운 꿀을 혀에 얹는다. 리필 셰리 캐스크가 나무를 절제해 스페이사이드 본연의 맑은 결이 그대로 드러난다. 삼킨 뒤에는 사과와 풀, 은은한 꿀의 여운이 가볍게 이어진다.
