밝은 금빛이 잔에 맑게 비친다. 밀튼더프가 1994년을 담아 버번 호그스헤드에서 11년을 보낸 이 보틀링은, 코끝에 성냥과 옅은 유황, 트러플의 개성 강한 향을 먼저 드러낸다. 56.8도의 힘이 무색하게 입안에서는 건포도와 향신료, 뱅쇼와 캐러멜, 쌉싸름한 오렌지가 큼직하게 번진다. 둥글게 감기는 스파이스 케이크의 여운이 길게 남는다.
