Tasting Notes
밝은 금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 퍼진다. 프레시 셰리와 포트 파이프 피니시를 거쳤음에도 이 스타키커는 달콤함보다 초원과 축사, 식물성 기름의 향이 앞선다. 오래된 책과 마지팬, 캐모마일 차가 뒤따르며 들꽃 같은 향이 넓게 열린다. 49.5도의 입안은 벌집 왁스와 꽃가루의 기름진 질감으로 채워져 거의 거칠 정도로 강하다. 여운은 길고 왁스처럼 매끄러우며 풀내음과 서늘한 계피가 끝까지 이어진다.

brilliant, strong, full of beeswax and pollen, and very waxy. Typical 1960s Springbank, minus the sherry. It’s almost brutal, I have to say. Now, what or who was Dell Fines? With water: careful with water, it tends to become too dry, and even more herbal. Grass juice
