Tasting Notes
노즈는 잘 익은 살구와 오렌지가 가장 먼저 두드러지고 후추 한 줌, 유칼립투스와 캄포르의 서늘한 뉘앙스가 균형을 잡는다. 시간이 지나면 카라멜과 오래된 책, 골동품 가게를 연상시키는 묵은 향에 계피가 더해지며 매우 고전적인 스페이사이드의 결을 드러낸다. 팰럿에서는 오렌지 주스와 옅은 카라멜, 오래된 스위트 와인과 바닐라가 또렷이 이어지는데, 19년 숙성과 40도라는 조건에 비춰 복합성보다는 편안한 음용성에 무게가 실린다. 밀튼더프 특유의 단정한 구조감이 끝까지 유지되는 보틀링이다.

a very nice balance. Lots of very ripe apricots and oranges with a pinch of pepper. Hints of eucalyptus and, perhaps, camphor. Goes on with the usual caramelly notes, old books, antiques shop, cinnamon… Very classical and very nice
restaurant Palate
lots of orange juice and light caramel, old sweet wine, vanilla and basta. That isn’t much – although the whole is quite enjoyable.
