그리디 엔젤스 두 번째 에디션은 리필 버번 호그스헤드에서 21년을 보낸 1995년 원액이다. 노즈는 삶은 달걀과 가죽, 성냥 같은 유황성 뉘앙스가 앞서고 구운 밤의 고소함이 뒤따른다. 시간이 지나면 젖은 흙과 귤의 향이 올라와 결이 넓어진다. 54.7도의 팰럿은 후추를 뿌린 비터 오렌지에 가죽과 캐러웨이의 스파이스가 겹친다. 피니시는 길고 허브 리큐어의 쌉쌀함과 세비야 오렌지가 남는다.

we’re very close to the ‘Show’ bottling, obviously, but this one’s a little meatier, and in a way, more ‘Mortlachy’. Hardboiled eggs, leather, matches, roasted chestnuts… It’s also earthier, with some damp black earth, while some tangerines are coming out. A little mud. With water: that old tweed jacket after a long walk in Scotland. You’re right, a walk under the rain
