연한 황금빛이 잔 안쪽을 따라 미끄러진다. 1994년 증류액이 리필 버번 배럴에서 19년을 보내며 얻은 향은 청사과와 배, 갓 구운 빵 껍질처럼 담백하다. 그 아래에는 젖은 분필과 옅은 왁스가 깔려 증류소 특유의 광물감을 만든다. 53.8도의 입안은 힘 있게 뻗으면서도 정갈해 레몬과 꿀, 흰 후추가 차례로 지나간다. 여운은 길고 건조하며 마른 풀과 소금기가 마지막까지 남는다.
