노즈에서는 스카티시 오크 피니시가 준 밀랍과 잘 익은 사과, 미라벨 자두의 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 글렌고인 15년은 43도의 부드러운 도수답게 크루아상과 헤이즐넛, 홍차의 뉘앙스를 명확하게 드러낸다. 팰럿에서는 몰트와 오렌지, 건포도롤과 아몬드가 균형을 이루며 발전한다. 피니시는 페이스트리와 건포도, 은은한 쿠앵트로가 길게 이어지고 구조감이 단단하다.
