Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 28년의 시간을 거쳐 2000년 병입된 하이랜드 Glengoyne의 Brass spirit safe답게 글렌고인 특유의 비논피티드 결과 오랜 숙성의 깊이가 함께 새겨져 있다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 자두, 바닐라, 옅은 꿀 향이 어우러진다. 50.4도의 도수가 입을 매끄럽게 덮고 마멀레이드, 토스트한 오크, 흑설탕의 단맛이 발전한다. 여운에서는 옅은 시트러스와 미세한 매콤함이 길게 머문다.

this one is far from being austere whisky of course but it does smell a little austere after the exuberant ‘Exclusive’. More on grapefruit skins, a little shoe polish, candle wax, even a little cardboard… The good news is that a few minutes of breathing do open it, unleashing muscatty and citrusy notes. Tangerines, bitter oranges… A faint chalkiness in the background (dried clay). Also funny notes of fruit jelly (freshly opened pack of Haribo bears, remember?)

we’re much closer to the Exclusive now. It’s almost the same whisky, just a tad oomphier
