첫 향은 졸인 건포도와 구운 견과로 열린다. 유러피언 오크 셰리 호그스헤드에서 10년을 보낸 글렌고인답게 무피트 증류의 깨끗함 위로 셰리 단맛이 또렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 흑설탕과 호두, 가벼운 가죽이 58도의 강한 구조로 발전한다. 어린 나이에도 셰리의 짜임이 단단하며, 피니시는 말린 과일과 오크 탄닌이 길게 남는다.
