Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 1968년 글렌고인의 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 따라 미끄러진다. 코끝에 가져가면 화이트 오크 캐스크 25년이 빚어낸 잘 익은 사과와 헤더 꿀, 옅은 백단 향이 차례로 다가온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50.3도의 단단한 풍미가 입천장을 적시며 시나몬과 마른 무화과, 옅은 향신료를 풀어놓는다. 삼키면 비피티드 하이랜드 위스키의 정갈한 잔향이 깊게 머문다.

air Nose
curiously grassy, with dried oranges. Kind of absent, dry and very grassy
restaurant Palate
sweeter and much better than on the nose. Mint and milk chocolate, liquorice and oranges, Turkish delights. Very nice but not as stunning as many recent small batches but improves a bit after long breathing
