짙은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 잘 익은 윤기를 천천히 머금는다. 무연 몰트로 정평이 난 글렌고인 15년은 밀랍과 잘 익은 사과, 미라벨과 크루아상, 헤이즐넛의 향이 그윽하게 피어오른다. 43도의 순한 도수 위로 몰티하고 오렌지 같은 단맛과 건포도, 아몬드와 자파케이크의 결이 부드럽게 번진다. 한 모금이면 크리미한 질감이 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 느린 증류와 셰리의 영향이 원숙하고 짜임새 있는 균형을 이룬다. 마무리는 길고 페이스트리와 건포도, 옅은 코앵트로의 여운이 깊게 머문다.
