Tasting Notes
글래스고 북쪽 덤고인 언덕 기슭에 선 글렌고인은 느린 증류와 무피트 몰트로 알려져 있다. 옛 방식으로 병입한 8년산은 맑은 황금빛을 띤다. 향에는 잘 익은 사과와 보리, 가벼운 꿀이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 43도의 부드러운 입안에서는 시리얼 단맛과 시트러스, 옅은 견과류가 또렷이 흐른다. 여운에는 맑은 과일과 맥아 단맛이 깔끔하게 이어진다.
AITasting Notes
air Nose
grain, caramel, café latte, malt, cornflakes. Hints of orange marmalade and a little mint. Superb nose
restaurant Palate
punchy. Crystallised oranges, chocolate, ‘good’ lavender sweets, orange liqueur. A little tar, roasted chestnuts. Light smokiness (very rare in Glengoyne but that may come from bottle ageing). Dangerously drinkable
