Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 부싯돌과 흙, 마른 풀 냄새가 무뚝뚝하게 다가온다. 소독약 같은 약 기운과 고무줄, 빵 효모의 냄새가 이어지고 분필의 인상이 그 위를 덮는다. 46도를 한 모금 머금으면 호두 속껍질과 사과 껍질의 떫음이 먼저 오고 오렌지 스쿼시 같은 단맛이 잠시 스친 뒤 쓴맛으로 기운다. 삼키면 마른 허브와 분필이 길게 남다가 자몽의 산미가 끝을 들어 올린다.

it’s really austere, flinty, earthy and grassy, with a medicinal touch (antiseptic) and wee touches of rubber (a box of bands). I also find a little baker’s yeast and, above all, plenty of chalk. Reminds me of my schooldays. And perhaps a little thyme and parsley. Intriguing, as they say
restaurant Palate
yes, it’s a strange one indeed, and it does remind me of the older 15 from a years back. Very chalky again, kind of fizzy, with plenty of walnut skin, apple peelings, and then orange squash. Something Fanta-ish, I’d say. Tends to become bitter. Fernet Branca at cask strength
timer Finish
long, dry, still very chalky, and bitterly herbal. The good news is that a little grapefruit’s coming to the rescue in the aftertaste, lifting it a bit
