Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 훈제 연어와 점토, 전나무 리큐어가 먼저 두드러지고 오래된 잡지와 진흙, 부서진 점판암이 뒤를 잇는다. 겨자와 만사니야, 젖은 재가 층을 더해 10년 숙성치고 결이 복잡하다. 팰럿은 레몬과 덜 익은 베리의 날카로운 산미가 앞서고 분필과 재, 바닷물 한 방울, 그린 페퍼콘과 유자가 순서대로 발전한다. 46도에서 이만한 긴장감을 내는 경우는 흔치 않다. 피니시는 짧지만 팽팽하며 통밀빵과 노간주의 결이 남는다.
