Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 캠벨타운 특유의 옅은 바다 내음과 기름진 맥아 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1972년 증류해 22년을 보낸 세월답게 향은 마른 과일과 낡은 가죽, 은은한 왁스로 천천히 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 부드러운 질감 위로 짭짤한 미네랄과 묵직한 보리 단맛, 옅은 그을음이 차례로 입을 채운다. 피니시에서는 소금기와 마른 오크가 길게 이어지며 여운을 정리한다. 스프링뱅크 특유의 복합적인 구조감이 단단하게 잡힌 올드 보틀링이다.

different, earthier, waxier, and less on honeys and ripe fruits. So a little more austere, and probably closer to the distillery's contemporary offerings. Old cellar, mushrooms, moss, more mushrooms... It's also a little more coastal (seaweed, driftwood on a beach after high tide...)
restaurant Palate
ha! Clearly sharper, bigger, wilder, more lemony, more, ach, 'Clynelish', more mineral... If the other one was for the lounge, this one's for your hipflask! And it's right up my alley, I utterly adore this sharper and slightly smokier style
