노즈에서는 1972년 빈티지가 보여주는 묵은 왁스와 말린 과일, 옅은 바다 내음이 먼저 드러난다. 19년을 거친 캠벨타운 몰트답게 기름진 질감이 노즈와 입을 잇는 축으로 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 46도의 부드러운 도수 위로 오렌지 껍질과 꿀, 가벼운 그을음이 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 짭조름한 미네랄과 마른 오크가 은은하게 남는다. 스프링뱅크다운 복합적 구조감이 또렷한 올드 보틀이다.
