Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 캠벨타운 특유의 기름진 짠맛과 마른 풀 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1970년에 증류해 20년을 채운 스프링뱅크 로컬 발리답게 묵은 가죽과 옅은 흙내, 밀랍의 뉘앙스가 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 부드러운 도수 위로 보리 단맛과 소금기가 또렷하게 드러나고, 직접 재배한 보리 특유의 곡물 질감이 단단한 구조감을 만든다. 피니시는 짭조름한 미네랄과 마른 오크로 길지 않게 떨어지며, 옛 빈티지다운 균형이 끝까지 유지된다.
