옅은 짚빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 글렌 스코시아가 2012년에 증류되어 1st 필 이엑스 버번 배럴에서 8년을 머문 시간은 캠벨타운의 짠 결에 새 배럴의 짙은 단맛을 더한다. 향에서는 짙은 바닐라와 잘 익은 노란 과일, 옅은 미네랄이 차례로 풀려나고 입에서는 60.7도의 거대한 알코올이 진한 단맛과 흰후추로 흐른다. 여운에는 캠벨타운 특유의 짠바람과 새 배럴의 결이 길게 이어진다.
