어두운 호박빛이 잔에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 1977년에 증류되어 33년을 묵은 글렌 스코티아는 캠벨타운 증류소가 1980년대 위기를 견뎌낸 후 보여준 보기 드문 시간의 표본이다. 노즈에는 잘 익은 무화과와 짭조름한 미네랄, 옅은 가죽이 풀려난다. 입에서는 다크 초콜릿과 마른 시트러스, 흰 후추가 54.6퍼센트 도수에 실려 묵직하게 흐른다. 캠벨타운 특유의 짠 미네랄과 깊은 단맛이 여운에 길게 깃들어 있다.
