노즈에서는 캠벨타운다운 옅은 소금기에 토니 포트 호그스헤드의 붉은 베리가 더해져 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 57.3도답게 강건하며 자두와 건포도, 가벼운 후추가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 포트의 단맛과 짭조름함이 길게 이어진다. 9년 숙성이지만 글렌 스코시아 특유의 해풍과 포트 캐스크의 구조감이 또렷하게 맞물린 보틀링이다.
