노즈에서는 캠벨타운 특유의 짭조름한 미네랄과 오래된 가죽 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1962년에 증류된 스프링뱅크 29년산답게 시간이 발전시킨 흙과 잔잔한 피트의 구조감이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 마른 무화과와 다크 초콜릿이 46도의 적절한 알코올 위에 단단히 자리하며 입안에서 묵직하게 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 캠벨타운 특유의 짠 광물성과 묵은 오크의 쌉쌀함이 또렷이 깃들어 마무리된다.
