Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 옅은 금빛 술이 벽을 타고 가늘게 내려온다. 코를 가져가면 건포도와 퍼티, 기계유가 다가오고 솔진과 재, 갓 벤 풀이 뒤를 잇는다. 그 끝에 베이컨 한 조각 같은 훈연이 살짝 걸린다. 한 모금을 머금으면 짠맛과 감귤의 산미가 혀 양옆을 팽팽하게 당기고 초록 차와 오렌지 리큐어가 그 사이를 메운다. 천천히 삼키면 체리 사탕과 풋고추의 알싸함이 뒤늦게 올라와, 18년이라는 나이에 비해 놀랄 만큼 산뜻한 인상을 남긴다.

long, on exactly the same notes. Cherry sweets and green pepper in the aftertaste
