세 번 증류하는 오큰토션이 2003년 빚어 18년을 보낸 뒤 가이아나 럼 배럴로 마무리한 원액이 잔 안에서 밝은 금빛으로 일렁인다. 향은 잘 익은 바나나와 흑설탕, 당밀의 단내가 어우러진다. 54.5도의 입맛은 열대 과일과 캐러멜, 럼 특유의 단맛이 부드럽게 미끄러진다. 럼 캐스크가 남긴 이국적인 여운이 갈색 설탕과 오크로 깊게 머문다.
