잔을 빙 돌려 향을 모으면 세 번 증류한 오큰토션다운 맑은 황금빛이 유리벽을 따라 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번이 입힌 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 코코넛향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 57도의 단단함 위로 시트러스와 보리 단맛, 옅은 꿀이 혀를 감싼다. 20년 숙성답게 삼키고 나면 가벼운 곡물과 풀내음이 깔끔하게 잦아든다.
