코끝으로 가져가면 지푸라기빛 술에서 오렌지 껍질 기름과 젖은 아스팔트가 다가온다. 조금 더 흔들면 성냥 유황과 발포 정제 같은 낯선 냄새가 끼어들고, 그 아래 왁스와 사과주, 해초가 깔린다. 한 모금을 머금으면 레몬 껍질의 산미가 혀 위를 곧게 지나가고 쓴 허브와 타르가 뒤를 밀어 준다. 천천히 삼키면 아스피린 같은 쌉쌀함과 감귤이 함께 남는다. 맥레넌 몰트라는 이름을 단 이 15년은 화려함보다 미네랄의 정직함으로 기억된다.

same comments. Very typical. Lemon squash, zests, bitter herbs, tar, aspirin…
timer Finish
long, lemony and tarry. A little juniper and capsicum in the aftertaste. Green oranges?
