2012년에 46도로 병입된 이 리필 셰리 벗 프라이빗 보틀링은 노즈부터 셰리보다 광물성이 앞선다. 부싯돌과 흙, 소독약 같은 약재 향에 분필의 건조함이 겹치고 제빵 효모와 허브가 뒤를 받친다. 팰럿은 특이하게 톡 쏘는 질감을 띠며 호두 껍질과 사과 껍질, 오렌지 스쿼시가 순서대로 발전한다. 중반 이후 쓴맛이 강해져 약초 리큐어를 떠올리게 한다. 피니시는 길고 건조하며 자몽의 산이 마지막을 정리한다.

it’s really austere, flinty, earthy and grassy, with a medicinal touch (antiseptic) and wee touches of rubber (a box of bands). I also find a little baker’s yeast and, above all, plenty of chalk. Reminds me of my schooldays. And perhaps a little thyme and parsley. Intriguing, as they say

yes, it’s a strange one indeed, and it does remind me of the older 15 from a years back. Very chalky again, kind of fizzy, with plenty of walnut skin, apple peelings, and then orange squash. Something Fanta-ish, I’d say. Tends to become bitter. Fernet Branca at cask strength
timer Finish
long, dry, still very chalky, and bitterly herbal. The good news is that a little grapefruit’s coming to the rescue in the aftertaste, lifting it a bit
