Tasting Notes
노즈는 상당히 엄격해 부싯돌과 흙, 풀 향이 앞에 서고 소독약 같은 약재 뉘앙스와 옅은 고무가 뒤를 잇는다. 무엇보다 분필의 건조함이 두드러지며 제빵 효모와 타임, 파슬리가 배경을 이룬다. 페어 셰이프 보틀에 담긴 이 46도 15년의 팰럿은 호두 껍질과 사과 껍질, 오렌지 스쿼시로 이어지다 점차 쓴맛으로 기운다. 피니시는 길고 건조하며 허브의 쓴맛 끝에 자몽이 살아난다.

it’s really austere, flinty, earthy and grassy, with a medicinal touch (antiseptic) and wee touches of rubber (a box of bands). I also find a little baker’s yeast and, above all, plenty of chalk. Reminds me of my schooldays. And perhaps a little thyme and parsley. Intriguing, as they say

yes, it’s a strange one indeed, and it does remind me of the older 15 from a years back. Very chalky again, kind of fizzy, with plenty of walnut skin, apple peelings, and then orange squash. Something Fanta-ish, I’d say. Tends to become bitter. Fernet Branca at cask strength
timer Finish
long, dry, still very chalky, and bitterly herbal. The good news is that a little grapefruit’s coming to the rescue in the aftertaste, lifting it a bit
