Tasting Notes
잔을 기울여 흔들면 옅은 밀짚빛이 맑게 반짝이며 잔 안을 돈다. 코끝에 가져가면 레모네이드와 인동꽃, 엘더플라워, 만다린의 상큼한 향이 잇달아 피어난다. 삼중 증류 로우랜드 오큰토션답게 가볍고 깨끗한 결이 손에 잡힌다. 코끝을 오래 두면 리몬첼로 같은 달콤한 감귤 향이 은근하게 겹쳐진다. 한 모금 머금으면 세이지와 파슬리, 물냉이 같은 풀 향이 감도는 흙내와 함께 번진다. 18년 리필 호그스헤드가 더한 은은한 무게가 47.5도의 부드러운 질감을 받친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 레몬 제스트와 펜넬의 산뜻한 뒷맛이 입안에 잔잔히 남는다.

lemonade, honeysuckle, elderflower, limoncello, and mandarins. Of course, it's well-made, but what's the point behind this? It almost smells like a Hugo spritz. Heaven help us!
restaurant Palate
here we get a bit closer to the Auchentoshan character, and yes, it's pleasant enough, slightly earthier with notes of sage, parsley, watercress, and especially elderflower. Rest assured; we won't be quoting Monty Python again
timer Finish
medium length with a fresh, herbaceous, and lemony zest. A hint of fennel in the aftertaste
