빛바랜 황금빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 오큰토션의 1991년 빈티지가 세컨드필 배럴에서 31년을 머문 뒤 디카당 드링크스의 위스키 스폰지로 53.6도에 담긴 한 병이다. 향에서는 잘 익은 사과와 헤더 꿀, 마른 풀잎이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 오렌지 마멀레이드와 헤이즐넛, 흰 후추가 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 로우랜드의 가벼운 곡물미가 여운에 청량하게 길게 머문다.
