로우랜드 클라이드 강가의 오큰토션은 스코틀랜드에서 드물게 삼중 증류를 고수하는 저지대 증류소다. 오크 캐스크가 잔에 옅은 금빛을 입힌다. 12년의 향은 레몬과 풋사과, 아몬드의 산뜻한 단내가 또렷하다. 50.7도의 입은 삼중 증류 특유의 가볍고 매끄러운 질감 위로 시트러스와 보리가 흐른다. 여운에는 깔끔한 곡물과 풀향이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
