잔을 코끝에 가져가면 삼중 증류한 오켄토션답게 가볍고 산뜻한 시트러스와 풋과일 향이 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들수록 버번 호그스헤드가 남긴 바닐라와 레몬이 서서히 드러난다. 카데헤드가 병입한 57.4도의 이 1992년 9년산을 한 모금 머금으면 산뜻한 감귤과 보리 단맛이 가볍게 흐른다. 넘긴 자리에는 풋풋한 과일과 후추가 혀끝에 은은하게 남는다.
