오큰토션 1981년 빈티지가 15년의 로우랜드 숙성을 거쳐 짙은 황금빛으로 잔에 머문다. 삼중 증류의 깨끗한 결이 향에서 먼저 드러나며 흰 꽃과 바닐라 크림, 시트러스의 산뜻한 기운이 한 겹씩 피어오른다. 입에 머금으면 청사과와 살구, 63.4도의 강한 알코올이 또렷한 결로 흐르며 알코올의 두께가 풍미를 단단히 잡아준다. 여운에는 마른 풀과 옅은 오크의 떫음이 길게 이어진다.
