잔을 코끝에 가져가면 세 번 증류한 오큰토션 특유의 가볍고 맑은 향이 시트러스와 함께 오른다. 잔을 흔들면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 흐른다. 한 모금 머금으면 58도의 단단한 기운이 혀를 또렷이 채우고 풋사과와 보리, 옅은 견과의 단맛이 깔끔하게 번진다. 27년 숙성을 따라가듯 삼키면 로우랜드다운 산뜻한 단맛이 혀끝에 길게 흐른다.
