잔을 코끝에 가져가면 23년 셰리 버트가 빚어낸 건포도와 호두 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 짙은 호박빛이 천천히 도는 가운데 1979년산 어컨토션 특유의 트리플 증류 부드러움이 머문다. 한 모금을 머금으면 54.1도의 알코올이 입을 데우며 시트러스 마멀레이드와 다크초콜릿의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 로우랜드 특유의 정교한 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.
