노즈에서는 다일루안 2011년 빈티지가 루비 포트 버트 마무리의 영향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 11년 숙성과 54도의 알코올이 단단한 구조감을 받쳐 준다. 더 쿠퍼스 초이스답게 캐스크 마무리의 농축이 명확하게 드러난다. 한 모금 머금으면 붉은 베리와 다크 초콜릿, 약간의 가죽이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 피니시는 포트의 단맛과 오크의 쌉싸름함이 길게 발전한다. 빈티지 몰트 위스키 컴퍼니의 캐스크 선정 감각이 또렷이 깃든다.
