HMS 캠벨타운의 퇴역을 기념해 2011년에 담은 이 보틀링은 잔을 흔들면 오크 숙성다운 황금빛이 느리게 감긴다. 코를 가까이 하면 밀랍과 젖은 돌, 갯내가 먼저 서고 보리 단내와 마른 담뱃잎이 뒤를 잇는다. 50.5도를 한 모금 머금으면 기름진 질감이 입천장을 천천히 덮고 레몬 껍질과 후추, 옅은 그을음이 차례로 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 소금기와 재가 목 안쪽에 오래 걸려 항구 도시의 성격을 그대로 남긴다.
