옅은 구릿빛이 잔 안에서 은은한 윤기를 낸다. 배럴을 합쳐 숙성시킨 뒤 희석 없이 담은 만큼 향은 밀도가 높아 볶은 보리와 마른 오렌지, 젖은 나무 냄새가 층을 이룬다. 49.3도의 입안은 뜨겁게 열렸다가 꿀과 밀랍의 기름기로 가라앉고 소금기와 옅은 피트가 그 아래를 받친다. 2016년에 나온 이 열 해짜리 보틀링의 여운은 마른 향신료와 그을음을 남기며 길게 이어진다.
