잔을 가볍게 흔들면 달뤼안 특유의 묵직한 몰트 향이 리필 올로로소 버트가 더한 견과의 단내와 함께 오른다. 코를 가져가면 호두와 구운 빵, 말린 과일이 차례로 번진다. 한 모금 머금으면 54도의 기운이 혀를 단단히 감싸고 올로로소 셰리의 짭짤한 단맛과 가죽 향이 또렷하게 맞물린다. 삼키면 구수한 견과와 마른 과일의 단맛이 입천장을 따라 흐른다.
