Tasting Notes
금빛이 잔 안에서 진하게 어른거린다. 향은 호랑이 연고와 붕대, 요오드처럼 약재에 가까운 쪽으로 곧장 기울고 그 아래 동물성 기름과 겨자유의 두꺼운 냄새가 깔린다. 58.7도의 입안에서는 광물유와 밀랍 먹인 천, 바닷물과 천연 타르, 소금 감초가 차례로 드러나며 감칠맛이 짙게 남는다. 여덟 해의 증류소 샘플다운 날것의 성격 그대로 여운은 짜고 기름지며 오래 이어진다.
