Tasting Notes
작은 옥타브 캐스크가 11년 숙성의 마지막을 짧고 진하게 농축했다. 옥타브 우드의 영향으로 다일루안의 코에는 말린 자두와 흑설탕, 옅은 향신료가 빠르게 번진다. 입에서는 54도의 힘을 타고 건포도와 토피, 오크 타닌이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 작은 캐스크 특유의 빠른 우드 추출이 만든 진한 단맛이 인상적이고, 짙은 호박빛 끝에는 말린 과일과 스페이사이드 향신료의 여운이 길게 남는다.
