데일류안 2007이 셰리 버트가 물들인 짙은 호박빛을 잔에 머금는다. 잘 익은 무화과와 구운 아몬드, 당밀의 향 사이로 증류소 특유의 든든한 곡물 내음이 비친다. 48도의 입안에서는 대추야자와 밀크 초콜릿, 가죽이 둥글게 맞물리며 흐른다. 스페이사이드의 진득한 셰리 개성이 10년이라는 시간 속에서 또렷하게 영근다. 볶은 견과와 마른 과일의 잔향이 은은하고 길게 이어지는 이 보틀링이다.
