셰리 캐스크가 남긴 흔적이 이 다일루엔의 성격을 처음부터 끌고 간다. 향에서는 구두약 같은 가죽 톤과 마른 호두, 달큰한 파이프 담배가 겹겹이 열린다. 48도의 무게가 입에서는 훈연한 초콜릿과 장작 오븐에 구운 호밀빵, 시나몬 가루로 번진다. 셰리가 입힌 짙은 골드빛을 띠며 여운은 쌉쌀한 다크 초콜릿과 비터 오렌지, 뜻밖의 짠기로 길게 마무리된다.

fairly long, on lovely bitter chocolate notes, bitter orange, and once again a salty touch, which is quite surprising. Is Dailuaine supposed to be saline?
