Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 마데이라 캐스크가 남긴 광택제 같은 뉘앙스와 멍든 사과의 향이 먼저 두드러지고, 신선한 오크의 결이 물과 함께 드러난다. 스페이사이드 달유안을 12년 숙성한 이 와인 캐스크는 팰럿에서 감귤의 산미가 또렷하고 다소 투박한 질감이 개성을 만들며 52.9도의 힘이 구조를 잡는다. 피니시는 허브의 쌉쌀함과 향신료의 얼얼함이 길게 발전하며 여운을 또렷하게 마무리한다.

we’re back to the polish we found previously, then some bruised apples, and it’s all simple and spot-on. With water: a bit of fresh wood comes out here

same high level as its cousin from Scyfion, though a touch more rustic, much like Tennessee itself (right). Citrus more present. With water: still close to the last one, just that bit more rough-hewn again. In short, it depends on which worked better for you, the Calvados or the Dickel. Please don’t ask me to pick sides…
