맑은 금빛이 잔 안에 따스하게 비친다. 스페이사이드의 다일루안이 리필 버번 통에서 23년을 보낸 보틀링으로, 묵직하고 고소한 성격으로 알려진 증류소다. 코에는 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 구운 견과의 향이 둥글게 피어오른다. 44도의 부드러운 입질에서는 보리의 단맛과 바닐라, 은근한 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 긴 숙성이 다일루안의 무게를 둥글게 다듬어 끝에서 견과와 옅은 오크로 길게 이어진다.
