노즈에서는 바닐라와 흙내, 갓 빻은 보리와 그리스트가 먼저 두드러지고 풋바나나와 팬케이크, 다일루안 특유의 옅은 유황 뉘앙스가 뒤를 잇는다. 46도의 팰럿은 커스터드와 라임, 후추에 라거 맥주와 멜론 잼, 사과 리큐어의 단맛이 맞물려 발전한다. 소박하지만 정교하게 짜인 몰트의 구조가 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 풋오렌지와 톱밥, 홍차의 뉘앙스가 이어진다. 배럴에서 9년을 보낸 다일루안이다.

simple pleasures well concocted. More custard, a little lime, pepper, lager, and some melon jam and apple liqueur. Spanish things I believe

medium, very good, with more green oranges. A touch of sawdust and English black tea in the aftertaste
