Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 빛난다. 스페이사이드 다일뤼안이 리필 올로로소 셰리 호그스헤드에서 2013년부터 12년을 보내고 아델피가 53.5도로 담은 원액이다. 코에는 광택제 같은 광물성과 멍든 사과, 은은한 셰리의 뉘앙스가 겹친다. 물을 더하면 갓 켠 나무의 신선한 향이 드러난다. 입에서는 시트러스가 또렷하고 셰리의 결이 다소 투박하게 살아 있다. 한 박자 뒤엔 붉은 사과와 은근한 향신료의 뉘앙스가 피어난다. 높은 도수가 거친 질감을 그대로 밀어 올린다. 여운은 허브와 향신료가 매콤하게 꽤 길게 이어진다.

we’re back to the polish we found previously, then some bruised apples, and it’s all simple and spot-on. With water: a bit of fresh wood comes out here

same high level as its cousin from Scyfion, though a touch more rustic, much like Tennessee itself (right). Citrus more present. With water: still close to the last one, just that bit more rough-hewn again. In short, it depends on which worked better for you, the Calvados or the Dickel. Please don’t ask me to pick sides…
