벤리니스 자락 캐런 마을의 다일루안은 진하고 묵직한 셰리 풍미로 블렌딩에서 귀히 쓰여 온 증류소다. 스페인산 셰리 캐스크가 이 21년산 잔에 짙은 적갈색을 입혔다. 코에는 건포도와 무화과, 가죽과 흑설탕의 향이 진하게 피어오른다. 입안은 다크초콜릿과 호두, 정향이 풀바디로 입천장을 덮는다. 54.3도의 도수가 단맛을 떠받치며, 마무리는 말린 과일과 오크 탄닌의 여운으로 깊게 남는다.
