Tasting Notes
노즈는 셰리 호그스헤드라는 조건에 비해 무겁지 않고 오히려 분필과 해변 모래, 밀랍 쪽으로 기운다. 시트러스와 새 가죽의 인상이 그 위에 얇게 겹친다. 57.4도의 팰럿에서는 광물성 레몬이 지배적이고 굴과 소금 친 죽 같은 짠 곡물의 감각이 따라붙는다. 코보다 입에서 스케일이 커진다는 점이 이 샘플의 특징이다. 피니시는 길고 날이 선 듯 예리하며 미네랄과 옅은 연기가 깊게 머문다.
