향의 출발은 젖은 분필과 해변의 모래 쪽이고 그 위로 라임 껍질의 산뜻함이 얹힌다. 리필 버번 배럴 11년은 색과 향 모두에서 절제된 결과를 낳았다. 57.3도의 팰럿은 보리의 단맛으로 시작해 곧 후추와 소금기로 방향을 틀고 이탄 연기가 뒤에서 윤곽을 잡는다. 기름진 촉감이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 피니시는 길고 드라이하며 광물과 잔불의 인상이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
