Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1989년 빈티지 아벨라워가 더니지 숙성으로 빚은 잘 익은 사과와 꿀의 부드러운 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 10년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 40도의 부드러운 도수에서 보리 맥아의 단맛과 바닐라, 마른 풀의 향을 발전시킨다. 팰럿은 부드럽게 흐르며 배와 꿀, 가벼운 향신료가 또렷한 구조를 이룬다. 긴 피니시에는 꿀과 바닐라, 은은한 오크가 오래 남는다.

a little weak and grainy at the start, with lots of notes if new tyre and rubber. Heavy notes of sulphur, stale beer, rotten kiwi. Not too enjoyable, I’m afraid. Sort of medicinal. Really, really special, but not tired, that is

very strange! Aromatically narrow, yet very punchy. Notes of cold tea, aspartame, eucalyptus. Lots of propolis, hay, tar, gentian roots… Very special indeed, unlike any other malt. Not utterly enjoyable but interesting… 82 points . Aberlour 10 yo (40%, OB, white label, late 80’s)
